Re-using Pro-Mix HP

I currently have 35 x 3 gal promix rootballs, and i'm upgrading to 5 gal pots.


Was wondering, can I just mix the 3 gal root balls in to 2 gal of fresh pro-mix in the new pots, plus add some dolomite and run enzymes to eat up the dead roots?


Any problems with doing this, anything I need to look out for?

I have re used Promix a lot. I removed rootballs, as well as top and bottom 15% for salt saturation. Had good success and seemed no detriment. I did it for a year just to see if it could be done. Sure cuts down dump trips. Peace GS

i reuse my promix.. but i flush the soil good before.. harvest.. then wen i harvest.. i water the pots with cannazym and other enzymes.. and then i shake off whats left of the root ball.. toss the roots in the trash.. and reuse the rest of the soil.. at 1to1 new to old.
