Rating system is very limited

Everyone got the same rating - 5 green bar 6 yellow

You need to implement Overgrow type rating, First theres dots, then there are bars!

Heck, i’d like to know what the colors and dots represent. I haven’t a clue.
And what does a single black dot mean?

^Black dot means that the reputation level is turned off. It's a setting under Edit Options.
