Oh yeah! Have been waiting for this since getting a 4k TV and realizing the Pi 4 couldn't do 4k video, at a good frame rate anyway.

No just Raspbian, keyboard and mouse and all... VLC for local videos, mainly the web browser though. have used XBMC in the olden days, good if you don't want the keyboard.
