Raising Co2 levels

I've been researching raising Co2 levels and am toying with the following ideas:
* Using a 5 litre sealed bucket / fermentation method based on DJ Short's method.
* Spraying the leaves with carbonated water each day (not during the 12/12 phase).
* Attach a long tube from my work desk to the grow tent. I would basically have the tube hanging out of my mouth like a joint, inhale through my nose and exhale directly into the tent via the tube.
* Buying some dry ice pellets and leaving them to evaporate in a water vessel at the top of the tent.
* Buying some dry ice pellets and leaving them to evaporate without water just above the large fan.
I've got a 600W tent and it's getting pretty warm these days (up to 32 degrees). During the Co2 times I plan to shut of the extractor fan.
Does anyone have any experience/tips/links concerning any of the above?

I think you should sit at your desk and blow air threw a tube into the tent.... That would be some serious dedication! Haha. But for real ive heard decent reviews on those exhale co2 bags, but me personally have always had the attitude "If your going to do it, do it right" and that would be using bottled co2 with a regulator and a good quality controller.

hahaha the tube..... just move ur work desk n ur room and breathe. in a 14 by 9 by 8 room i bring the ppm up by at least 200 in 15 mins easy.

I have a grow tent and there's no way I'm going to move my work desk in there! I need to get a ppm tester...
