looks fantastic dude! maybe I missed it but what smells were you getting in mid-late flower? Mine is purpling up nicely and smells strongly of sweet grape candy with incredibly hard nugs...this one is now the one I'm most excited about out of the small tent...

the nugs are as hard as anything i have ever had. i was getting fruity smells during the flower but grape has come through in the cure not too much as i can still smell fruityness :)

yours looks very nice indeed i'll be popping over for another look soon :)

truly beautiful looking strain, i will certainly be growing her out in the future along with other Connoisseur Genetics, all their strains look strait fire!

This is my first time running CSG gear. They have been doing great in my no-till grow. My Rainbow Jones is around 21-24". How much does this lady like to stretch? She along with a few other plants will begin 12/12 today under a 1000w hps. She is in a 10 gallon smart pot.

i think mine went to about 5'5" or 5'10"

your sure in for a treat :) i was in a 16 litre rhizo pot with this girl.

she was a delight to grow :)

peace

she gets big and chunky and definitely needed support when I ran her...very heavy buds. I think I pulled something like 80 or 90g with a 2 or 3 (4? I have a terrible memory, wonder why...) week veg in a 1 gallon pot of handwatered coco under a horizontal 400w (I'm used to vertical, so I'm impressed I got much of anything at all), so not a bad yield at all.

I love the creamy vanilla/caramel scent mixed with a sweet grape on the backend and the flowers have fantastic bag appeal with a great blue/purple hue...I will definitely run this again this fall. One of my favorites from the 6 or 7 different CSG varieties I grew this past run
That is awesome. I think I'm going to give her a run in my Coco DTW vertical grow area as well. I want to try fuel for my next CSG strain along with the SSSDH. I would have room in my vertical area for that long flower time.

Phoenix, My Rainbow Jones is kicking butt. It is now 28 days from 12/12. Also this is a picture of my soil.:woohoo: I need to pull her back from that freaking 1000w vertical light. But she keeps stretching towards it.

Yo Pheonix, I'm gonna run RJ in the next few months - any tips? Feeding training etc?

Thanks

yo firemansam.

i give her alot of nutes from early on as i was testing the limits of my feed at the time. but she took it well.

i never trained her and she grew tall but the side branches grew up tight to the stem instead of reaching out (main cola was worth me not topping her) bud was very good quality all over nice tight nugs.

she had a nice 6 week veg and went into flower nice and quick i just wish i stopped the N a week earlier towards the end.

sorry for late reply bro i never seen it

Good luck with your rainbows

Peace Bro

i would grow her again

My goodness @ThePheonix. The Rainbow Jones is a monster of a strain. I ordered a couple beans and only popped one and must of choose the right one. Everybody that has tried it during a session loves it. The pheno I have actually needs more nitrogen in flowering. It might be a bit tall and lanky but the buds will fill in a grow rock hard. I harvested at different stages starting at day 60 and will take the whole plant down at day 70. From the sessions I feel it can easily be taken down at day 60 or around 9weeks. These ladies were grown in no till 10 gallon smart pots.
