Hey just curious and have a question for anyone that has been raided. Did they search your attic as well?

Warrant = Can search anything and everything in/on/under your property if they think something is there.

actually, just one, and by search they stuck their head in it at most. it was full of stuff and nothing was disturbed. i also had a 2nd attic with all my ballasts, exhaust fans, and carbon scrubbers. the entrance was in a closet and they did not go in it at all.
book shelfs( i have alot of books) and kitchen were the most undisturbed parts of the search as well. they didnt look in my fridge or freezer either. the rest of the house was torn apart

My buddy got raided and the LEO was trying to do a pull up to look inside the attic. His wife actually told them they could get a ladder out of the garage if they like. All they did was peak inside and went no further. Funny thing is they had a but-load of cash hidden up there. I wonder if they would have searched it if his wife was not so helpful with the ladder...
Just to let you know its a good idea to keep your grow room ALWAYS locked. They actually came to his house after a neighbor called the cops on them becuase him and his wife where in a argument. Well when LEO got there he was already gone and wanted to search the house. Which they did. The cops where trying to force his wife to open the door to the grow room but told them she did not have the keys. They kicked the door open and becuase they did not have a search warrant him and his wife walked. The DA did try to give them a bunch of fucked up deals, But he stayed strong and on trial day the DA dropped the charges. Even his punk public defender was trying to make him take the deal. Dick. The DA really got mad though after they dropped the charges, he spoke up and told them to give his guns back. They did not like that at all...haha...

Why didn't they use the money to hire a lawyer? Thank god they knew not to take any deals.

He did take some $ to get a lawyer but he was a lazy piece of shit and wanted alot more cash if he did not take the deal the d.a was offering. So he said fuck it and told the courts he could not afford council. The sad part about the whole story is this lawyer was my friend before this incident.

Man I would laugh if they had to search my place, it's pretty big and has two big outbuildings full of crap. they would be here for weeks and not find shit.

hell yes. they even were tapping walls looking for hidden stuff.they took pictures of the wall. they also checked my fridge. bastards molested my mayonaise

I think it depends where you live.

Thankfully, here, not so much.

I escaped from county jail and hid in a bush in the middle of a large, flat, open yard while 2 dozen officers and a couple dogs searched right around me for hours. They gave up when it got dark. I was just glad I had some smokes with me all that time waiting in the bush (not a particularly large or thick one at that).

Got a dozen tales like that.
