RadaRada's GROW BOX

Size :31" x 24" by 18"
Lighting: 2 75w CFL's and one 100w CFL
Fans: a 34.5 CFM input fan, and a 34.5 CFM pc fan hooked up to a output rig ready for a carbon filter to be put on.

i plan on vegging and flowering two plants in here all the way to full growth, most likely i will start off with clones because itd be kinda pointless to just grow two plants right from seed and end up with a male or even two.

When the lights need to be adjusted up and down because of plant growth i am simply going to adjust the shelf using the 1.5'' increments that are pre drilled into the cabinet. Also the holes drilled above the lights are so that the heat from the lights doesnt get trapped in the lower portion of the box and cook the plants.
I lined the doors of the box with white weather stripping to keep as much air from leaking out as possible when the plants start flowering.
this is pretty much the final construction of the box, however there are still minor things i have to fix such as light leakage, and i also may or may not build a silencer for the output fan using cardboard and an egg carton.

If you can get clones, go for it! Just make sure they're legit.

Seeds are great when you find what strains you prefer. Nothing like popping a ten pack of beans to find a good mum or two.

starting from seed really is awesome; i like watching them grow up, so i think im actually going to try and grow 1 derban poison seed and 1 hollands hope seed, and if i get a male its fine because then ill just toss it and use a clone from 1 of each of the same plants lol and just grow it that way.

my indoor grow should start somewhere within the next two weeks

Watch the Durban poison though, because I've read on a few seed sites that this is a TALL plant, so get plenty string to LST

Thanks man, i was planning on doing an LST to get them bushy rather than tall for this box, but i also didnt know that the durban grew tall so now i am certainly gonna do LST cant wait, my seeds are coming on monday
