Quietest bestest fan for only 20CFM through carbon?

I am looking for recommendations for specific fan models for this purpose.

The details

-for air change only, not cooling. There will be a separate fan for the light.

-I only have 59 cu ft volume, so 20cfm actual flow will change the air every three minutes.

-There will be pressured drop through carbon, But I am not quite sure how much. Not sure where to find the info to calculate. I plan on building a carbon filter and can make it pretty large which should allow more pore space for air flow.

-Essentially zero ducting, it will just pull air from the space through the filter and right out the side wall.

I wonder about the Panasonic whisper series in 50cfm, but not sure whether this type of fan will push correct flow through the filter .

Thoughts? recommendations?

Sorry, incomplete sentence there...

I am not seeing sound ratings in the specs, but assume their silent series has to be significantly quieter at more than double the cost. I'd prefer to not spend $154 plus shipping for a single 4" fan if i can help it

Thanks for recommendations.

Vortex- 49db. that is not quiet! Perhaps slowed way down... but still looks like a heck of a lot more fan that I need.

The sound that the vortex makes is from the air rushing in/out, not the fan itself. IMO, more fan now is room for future expansion, as very few folks in this hobby don't upgrade a bit as they go along.

Overkill is underated.

Just growing for me myself and I. Don't have any other space other than the great outdoors, and this space will produce way more than I can use. I have to design specifically for this application. I appreciate the thoughts though.
