so im in the middle of preparing a delecious sour cream chicken enchilada and i had an idea, put a little bud in there. so how much bud would sufice for a 13in by 9in by 3in pan to get a pretty good buzz from and whats the best method simply chopp it up and throw it in or dissolve the bud in some kind of oil say olive oil.
