quick one autoflowering

Hello i have a quick one RQS autoflowering plant.
It sprouted at 26/1, it is in soil and i have 1 hps 250w lamp
I doesn't feed it something only water.
the distance from lamp is approximately 90cm
and i had it 18hour light on until some days before that i change it in 12 because i have a feminized also together.

My question is... It is in the right height because i think it is small for 18 days....

add a light bulb with cool white color..to prevent those internodes from stretching, in an effort to balance your growth, also ensure you have a fan so the plant can breath and remove hot air, a 250w hps is too hot and bright consider 3-4 cfl's

Be sure to use bulbs that are "cool white". Around 6500Kelvin.

it is cool white 6500kelvin i put 3 of 55W and i buy also bio-grow to feed them...
But until when i have this bulbs??? Until the end????
