Questions sharing air/circulation between a veg and flower room.

I'm in the middle of designing a 2 room setup, one flower and one Veg/Mother/Clone room.

I'm having trouble with deciding if I should keep the air separate from these two rooms, or have it circulating in between using lengths of ducting and blowers; this will keep the light separated, but the ambient qualities of the environment will be the same, which are not exactly ideal for flowering and veg.

I'd like to use C02 in both rooms, but only control the humidity in the flowering room with a dehumidifier; I'd just let the veg room humidity remain whatever it is, or possibly throw a humidifier in.

In the summer I'd also probably rely on a blower set to a thermostat to extract heat from the top of the room when it reaches a critical level, this will obviously remove the co2 also, so depending on how hot it gets I might get an A/C... other then that the rooms will be sealed externally.

The problem with distributing the air through two rooms, the volume of the rooms and the carbon filters that will be attached to the fans which blow the air from room to room are also a concern to me,... I'm wondering if they will affect anything other then smell in this particular situation.

Any suggestions about this setup? Should I run the rooms separately, or could I benefit from faster growth in veg (which I need, I like to grow big plants, rather then single cola) by having the carbon-filtered air be blown in-between rooms?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

First you definately dont need co2 in veg,if your like most growers you're going to find you wish you could slow you vegging plants down a skosh,I'm always in that position it seems. You somehow want to seperate the rooms,I would use a dehumid in flower especially during the dark hours and if you cant keep RH above 50% in veg, a cool mist humidifier is only 30 bucks. These will be two different environments, you dont want them to intermingle if possible. If you have a window for an AC unit, use an AC.Dont use a portable with co2

I've partitioned a single room into 2 stages. Suspend b/w poly from the ceiling-you'll actually need 2 layers for a total of 12mm of plastic so light won't illuminate it. Attach a 1x4 for weight to the bottom of the poly curtain. Either leave a gap at the bottom of the curtain (light will leak) or rig a S-intake to block light thru the curtain. Place Carbon Filter and/or Fan high in the veg chamber and have the duct run spill into the flower room. The flower room should house the main exhaust controls and fan/air conditioner systems. Temps and humidity will remain slightly higher in the veg chamber. GL.

Check out my link below--Probably the only thing I'll be able to contribute.

if the rooms share the same air you may have a problem if a hermi plant shows up, or you have a plant disease ,you should be able to use a Y connection to the fan and rooms, install a duct damper for each room,so they can be adjusted them seperatly,as long as the fan has the power for that much area.
