Questions outdoor-cannabis-grow judicial process

Hello,
a friend of mine has been tried in a lawsuit for outdoor cannabis cultivation in a European country in 2018. He asks me to research four questions for him, because these aspects may help him in his soon to be negotiated case. It would be very helpful, for example, to have internet links with answers to the four questions. Or otherwise it would be really great to get answers here in this forum. I need these answers until Sunday (March 3th 2019).
Question 1: What outdoor germination rate have non-feminized seeds? For example, if you put 100 seeds outdoor in the soil, what percentage of the seeds will go on, e.g. really 50% or 1/3?
Question 2: What percentage of outdoor plants are male and how many percent are female?
Question 3: At what THC value does grass count as strong? What is the THC value for the strongest grass - 24 %? If someone has plants with 6% - is that strong or easy or how is that?
Question 4: Are 20 to 25 grams of harvest per plant typical for a outdoor grow?
Thank you in advance for your help and all the best.:)

Welcome to ICMag!! :D

Hope you find what you're looking for, I can only help a bit here.

1: if you put 100 seeds in the soil, how many will actually sprout and live past a month? I've known people to have planted hundreds of seeds, and have less than 5% reach maturity. How many sprout depends on the genetics, the breeder of the seeds and how the grower treats them. You can get 0% sprout rate with poor methods and great seeds, and you can get 100% sprout rate with great methods and bad seeds. It all depends on the genetics and the grower's experience and skill.

Once they're seedlings, they're in grave danger outdoor. Local animals, physical damage from wind/rain/hail/snow, hermaphroditism, mold and more can remove 0% to 100% of your harvest.

2: In my experience, the female rate differs according to breeder and genetics. I sprouted 4 seeds of a strain last year, and 3 of them came up male. I've sprouted other genetics and had 50/50. I've even sprouted a few which seemed to be closer to 70% female and 30% male. So everything depends.

3: Depends on the terpene profile. When people are blindfolded, the strains they choose which were the strongest are not the "high THC" strains. People choose 10-15% THC strains with lots of terpenes. It gets them higher and provides a better experience. The more THC in a strain, the less % there is for terpenes and other cannabinoids. ;)
4. Many autoflower strains are short and low yielding, yes. Many areas of the world will grow (photoperiod) cannabis plants large enough to harvest 2 kilos or more.

1. My first and last attempt to germinate seeds outdoor was in 1997 or so and i threw hundreds of them on a meadow near a forest in fall and not one plant next year, could have been the birds or the climate, nobody knows.
2.Male/female ratio with regular seeds will always be 50:50!
3.Strongest weed is around 30%THC and 6 % is pretty weak/low.
4. There are too many factors to come to a definite answer to this. One year you have nothing, next year everything. From 0 g in scandinavia to 4 kilos in spain. :D 20 - 25 g are possible easily, but the location, the strain, timing, care and the climate are the most important factors. So you cant generalize anything here!
