Questions about Dyna-Gro (Pics inside)

So for my last two grows I have been using Dyna-Gro, along with Advanced Nutrients. This grow I have only been using Dyna-Gro so far (Pro-tekt, Grow, Bloom, MagPro).

I have just been following the the directions according to this http://www.dyna-gro.com/Website pdf Files/DG Hydroponic Feeding Chart.pdf
I'm in soil (FFOF), I give 2.5 ml Pro-Tekt, 3.0 ml Bloom (Per Gallon), 6.3 ph. They are on week 2 of flower. I feed 1 gallon every feeding in 5 gallon pots, which is about every other day right now. I'm in the second week of flowering. I'm just wondering if I should be giving them more nutes. It just seems like such a low dose, and I think Dyna-Gro might be watered down a lot. Don't get me wrong, Dyna-Gro is good. What can I do to improve this grow?

By the way, I'm growing one Alpha-Dawg and 3 Romulan.
I'm running 2 600's under cooled hoods. Temps range around 73-75 when the lights are on with humidity in the 30s-40s. At night temps range around 63-64 with humidity around 50%.

Here are some pics.

Many growers have stated you'll get better results when you lower your nutrient strength. In soil or a mix like soil (peat based) you can definitely run way lower ppm than in hydro it seems. The soil your using is pre charged with nutes that last several weeks if not longer. Using a low ppm is going to give you best results. If you really wanted to go bigger on the fertilizer, you should use a mix without pre charged nutes, such as Pro-mix or Sunshine mix.

Photo's of plants look very happy to me. Unless you've pulled all of the yellowing leaves off before picture time? Those plants are not underfed!
