question

j/w does anyone think this would be well suited for two medium sized plants?

Looks OK to me. Your ventilation should create negative air pressure in your grow area (which you want). Your 3 sq ft grow area is enough for 2 plants (I do a 4-pant scrog in 6 sq ft of canopy).

What kind of light are you planning to use, a 150 HPS? How will the access be to your grow area? It looks kinda cramped...how big is that door through the fake wall?

Keep it green.

well, i was thinking 5 gallons. see, check it out. i figured if i got them to look like this it would work for 2 in 5 gal.

it's not my pic, i actually borrowed it off here. sorry who ever i stole it from, hope you dont mind me using your plant as an example.

but how would i get it to look like that? pruning? but 2 in 5 gal buckets would it work? it's 18 1/2 in X 24 in floor space plus 8 ft of room. i know i could work it if it's possible. not that i would, this is all hypothetical speaking of course.

let's just assume the door is 16 inches wide and 3 ft tall, btw.

As I understand it, if you want a christmas tree shape, the strain grown is important.

To get the most out of five-galon buckets, you'd want to veg for a long time and train the plants to be wide. And I believe most people would tell you 18.5" isn't enough horizontal room for a plant that will take advantage of the five gallon root space. Thinking about using more but smaller pots would make better use of the space and reduce the time to harvest.
