question on grow bags

just curious I seen these grow bags and they are cheap compared to square pots. just wondered if they are sturdy and worth it?any pix of grows with them? do these even work or should I just get reg square pots, if so what size, i have a indoor 250 gro and can fit only 3 -2 gallon circle pots??? wanted to be able to fit maybe 5 or 6 square ones instead.? any ideas? any help would be appreciated

yes i flowered in 2gal grow bags last round this round i have a few 1 gal bags 4 gal trash can and 2/6 gal square pots lol, but yes the grow bags are cheap worth the 25 cent each i paid for mine. on my 2 gal 1's i even sliced slits for root airation in the side and they still held up n/p, you can even fold them up and reuse them for another grow

i use 2 gallon grow bags to flower & finish in.

i like them a lot.

their flexibility is also their only drawback

some like to be able to grasp a rigid pot with one hand, sometimes you need both hands to pick up a fully loaded grow bag...

there are new ones now, black inside, white outside...i like those even better!

ok my last grow was 10 girls under a scrogg screen believe me was no removing the containers. before i placed under the screen i took 1 plant in the 2/gal bag and watered it with a 1 quart glass untill run off started, for me was 2.5 glass worth. so i done 2 glass worth while udner screen there was very very little run off this was cought by a garbage bag that linned the bottom of cab

trust me no moving them lol, but i found grabing the bag with both hands and carrying it to where ever was n/p now i'm switching to 1 gal bags

theres drainage holes in bottom of bag 4 of them i myself added slices in the sides of bag for root airation and soil to dry faster and they still held together n/p. they are made from a heavy duty plastic bag not some flimsy thing

when ya harvest from the bag cut plants stem hang plant remove rootball by pulling striaght up and out dump any access dirt fold when bag is dry and reuse later

theres 1 gal bags they are little taller and wider then a 2 liter soda bottle and much more stable

the only thing i dont like about mine is they can rip. And when you grab them by the top where no soil is they will stretch but for the money you cant complain

I've seen some that are white on the outside, black on the inside. Only on eBay though... all the local grow shops I've been to have just the black ones.

I didn't like them... messy, water ran out the holes in the side.... and I prefer my nice sturdy pots.
