Question on Auto Seed Run

I got some freebie feminized autoflower seeds. I am am not sure of the strain at the moment. I run a very small cabinets indoors, and do no have room to run the autos properly indoors. I happen to need a fairly good quantity of BHO for my wife to make topicals, and edibles. My idea is to run a few auto's outdoors, to get some extra material to turn to BHO. I only have a half a dozen seeds though.

Here is my plan. Please tell me if this is sound or not. Plant a seed in my veg cab. Grow plant. Once flowering starts use colloidal silver to revert a couple of branches to male. Collect the female pollen from the reverted branches and use it to pollinate the rest of the female flowers on the plant.
Will this give me seeds that are an exact copy of the plant, since I am pollinating it with itself? Or will I just get a bunch of mutated crap? I figure if I can make a few hundred fem auto seeds this way I can throw a few in my veggie garden every april and pull em in june!

Will this work or an I just a crazy asshole?

What I'd do:

1) Start your fem plant 2) CS the whole thing 3) as soon as you start spraying CS start another plant. 4) harvest pollen 5) pollenate 2nd plant.

The CS seems to take about 3 weeks on average to work. By then your second plant should be close enuff to start pollenating...same as a photo plant.
