Question: Is this male?

2 weeks into 12/12 flowering nicely. Minor heat stress this week that I resolved. I have been bending em over on occasion to control height.

Today I noticed these little characters which I immediately though resembled seeds. The more I look the more I think they are simply new leaf/flower growths that have not opened yet. There are 4 in this tent I will call 1,2,3,4.


3 is the primary one that has a few of these roundish growths. 1,2, and 4 also have similar but some not as round and SOME have hairs coming out of them. 3 has more obvious ones and no hairs yet I can see.

Those are not only #3 but a few of 1,2 and 4 as well.



Do any of these look male to you? Or am I just anxious?

If they are tear drop shaped with white hairs they're female but if they are round seed shaped they are male. The red stem can be genetics, cold temps, and/or a phosphorus deficiency. do you have any spoting on leaves

Ok what is the time frame to get him out? This one is the hardest to get to and scrogged in at the back of the tent. It will take some work. I added one more pic of 3 at the top in that link. Could peeps take a look at that one? That one is 3 of a flower which seems to be ballin now.

Yes I know all of that but wanted opinions as to whether the red was a reasonable amount. No spotting, no cold about 75 lights on 65 off.
This is Rug Burn OG and the stems have had some red off and on for months running this strain in a dozen different plants.

Now I discovered all 4 plants in the tent look like this to varying extents. #3 is the most obvious but what are the chances all 4 would turn hermie at the same time? In many places there seems to be a male sac on one side and a female calyx on the other. Perhaps it was heat/light stress? The most obvious development is where the flowers were closest to the light vertically and had the most heat (perhaps) although my canopy never gets above 80F I did have the 400HPS a bit close for a while around 12 inches but temps were in check as well as ventilation. I noticed leaves get minor stress so I raised the light.



I have reason to believe the seeds maybe came from a hermie.
Would that explain this? All my veg plants are from the same stock so in that case time to start from scratch. Every one of them will likely herm?


Now the herb that came with the seeds was very smokeable and pretty potent. Should I flower these 4 out and see what I get? This was a very long grow, long veg and I can't see trashing every plant I have without trying to get something out of it.


If so it may be a bitch to get the room pollen free again but oh well.
