Question from a noob

Hey guys, glad to be part of the forums, this is my first post.

I am going to be using a soilless grow medium with chemical nutrients for my first grow, and I was wondering a) when should I start using nutrients while watering?, b) how often should I water with nute-water? c) what is a good starting nutrient mix, a good veg nutrient mix and a good flowering nutrient mix (i.e. 30-5-5)?

Your are not germinating... Getting clones? For the latter nutes come right away

b) How often should I water with nute-water?
This is dependent primarily on your soiless mix. What type it is, how it drains and holds nutes... personaly I might stick to Coco

c) Sorry I can't think hard enough for N-P-K numbers right now, basically with any decent chem complete fertilizer the rough formulas are sufficient. Many (like GH) provide a simple three part forumla plus lones adapted if various levals are affected by further product application.

(however these are generally charts to nudge people into 'buying' the system rather then making it up, doing the research and developement, some are like 15 lines from one company ya dig!)

Notes:

-Consistency: Temperature, pH, photoperiod etc... these things boost healthy growth (critical)

-Bugs: Mosquito Dunks, Neem Oil, SM-90, Citrus - etc... A magnyfing glass 30-250x is fun too, a constant arriving, stay at em'

In soiless grow with buckets and tubs with hydroton min watering should be 15 min every 3 hours lights on. Maybe once or twice during lights off.

Aeroponics will be running all the time some with ebb flow
