QUESTION FOR YOU CAMERA BUFFS,,,

ok took some shots with my nikon coolpix s8100 i believe its realatively new i bought it last april,,,so i downloaded them onto my computer using the nxview2 program and it wont let me upload them to this site,,,so i took out the memory card downloaded it on another computer thats connected to modem instead of wireless and it downloaded them fine from memory card to computer, but still it wont let me upload them on this site,,,can someone please help me out,,

i have sucessfully downloaded other pictures already on my computer so its something to do with these pictures,,,,peace

Did you resize the pictures before trying to upload to the site?

So the pics are already downloaded to pc but just can't get them from there to ic album? Check the file info to make sure they aren't locked or someting

thx vonforme and irie,,,the original download there was a lock on it but will t do that even from the card to the pc?,
if so how do i unlock them,,,peace

Well if its on the pc not sure why it won't upload. Try to do it on a diff site or email and see if it goes thru...u can right click the pic n check properties n see if there is any security settings.

some browsers do that... try to use different browser or configure it somehow if those advices above dont work..

Ido I found my way to your thread..if you can let us know if they are Jpegs and what file size is that may help..peace, DD
