i was woundering if any 1 has heard of/grown out a strain called grape ape

never grown it but have heard of it, its suppost to be clone only and pretty decent for a purple strain.....if your asking because you have a chance to grow her out then YES bro grab it and run, BUT BUT ask Question to whom your getting the cut from even if its a club....this is a strain that has wanna beessss in it, HT recently had a few pics of the RARE grape ape in it and man did it look great and read even better.........

thanks for the info did get a clone grew under a hps and died lucky got tiny clone off it befor it died must say vary picky on the light spectrum threw the baby 1 in for a while started dieing so threw it under floros and added some problend veg nutes with superthrive now its a healthy green bout 3-4"

fresh cut clones only need a minumal amount of lighting 20-40w in cfl or fluro is fine, otherwise the cutting will eat itself up tryn to photosynisize the energy from intense lighting.

what kind of growth does the APE have??..the nodes look somewhat tight that cant be bad at all, i like then tight makes for solid buds but you have to watch for mold when your dealing with real big solid buds no doub...

well the growth is compact like u said i heard its a 50/50 indica/sativa its really got some smell coming from it even though it so small im givin it botnicare pure blend veg at 35ml a gal and its doin really nice

ya she looks to be compact and good for holing a solid bud for sure...i'm not familer with botnicare but f*** 35ml per gallon are you sure thats right dude?thats sounds awful strong for such a young plant.....whats the feeding strenghth at three weeks vegg, ummm just watch for over fert signs i would check every day whoooooo....

its acutally 30ml my bad and the nutes r 3-1.5-4 it also says on the back use every watering for best results i also use super thrive 1ml a gal

i was woundering if any 1 know if grape apes a auto flowering strain cuz mines one 247 light and its starting to pop hairs

those hairs are normal and not a sign of flowering if they appear in pairs at nodes and such...if there is a bunch of them coming out of any meristem, then you know its flowering, don't confuse heavy new growth for flowering, little teenie preemie leaves look alot like hairs sometimes. Grape ape doesn't auto flower AFAIK.

ill post a few pics up in after a while its startin to take off under the 650 no probs with yellowing now more so maybe it just wasent use to that intense of light its popin roots out the bottom. i read on bogs tips to put the plant/the container in a bigger pot so i did i also tyed it dwn to it will bush out cuz imma have it as a momma.
