question about seedlings

hi everyone ive started my first grow from seed and would like some info/advice please , i managed to germinate 5 feminized blue cheese seeds using a propagator unfortunately i think i left them in there too long as they have stretched to try to reach the light coming from the window and are very tall ( 3-4" ) and skinny, secondly im awaiting a delivery for a 160watt blue light bulb so until then ive currently got them on 18/6 under a normal house bulb of about 60watt and im not sure what kind of light its giving off but i figured it was better then leaving them on the window sill. Ive constructed a 100 ltr bubbler and plan to scrog them as i reckon ill have a hieght issue my question is when is it ok to put them under my 600watt dual spectrum lamp ? they are 2 weeks old from germination , secondly when i can i feed them ? im using ionic grow/bloom/boost. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated ,
peace out

They were ready for the 600 before they came up. These things are expecting the full power of the sun in all it's blazing glory. A 600 isn't even a pen light compared to what they're built for. This doesn't mean you need to germ under a 600 but, that 60 watter is why they're so stretched out. Plants don't know much but, they know where the good light is and will do whatever it takes to get there including hurting themselves.

Because you've told them the sun is a 60 watt lamp, they've built themselves accordingly. Simply tossing them under a 600 now will fry them to a crisp. Hang the 600 extra high. Place under the big lamp at "noon" so their first day under the big lamp is a half day followed by a good nights sleep. Lower the lamp a few inches a day over a week until you get to the proper height.

Not clear what you're growing in but, you mentioned a bubbler. If that's what you're growing in, you want to feed from day one. Use a 1/4 strength solution and chart EC and pH daily. These readings will tell you whether to feed more or less. EC up, pH down is too rich. EC down, pH up is too lean.

Break a stem.
