Theres the florida thread and others that name states.I was wonder do u think pigs lets say on a drug task force monitor these forums?like the florida one to try and get as much info as they can?i know theres gotta be people that just run their mouths and disclose information to someone one here that they think is a friend but in reality its a cop.do u think that has ever happen?do u think they try and pin point from back yard pics and shit like that?im not paranoid im just cautious and was wondering. I dont put it past these sneaking fucks to try and befriend a florida grower and than he puts to much info out there and waalaa door gets kicked in.what do u think?

I'm sure there are some that look on here but not nearly what you all think. Police still only have jurisdiction in certain areas so they'd need to find someone on here that's within their jurisdiction and that they could actually locate. It's much easier to just find people on the streets in possession and hope they give them info about a dealer/grower. Not that it's not possible for them to be here and looking at your posts, but there's so much fruit on the tree that they're mostly focused on the low hanging ones.

As far as I could tell from the Florida drama is that two legit forum members met or talked in real life, maybe they sold some equipment to each other, shared some clones, or whatever, but when one of them got caught selling to an undercover they rolled on the other. It's just a reminder that even though we're all friendly and trying to help each other, we're not truly friends and probably best off having everything stay online only.

Yes, they do pay attention to the forums. It probably wouldn't be wise to be blatant about disclosing the whereabouts of a monster grow in a non med state. I doubt they would waste resources on a one or two light grow....unless maybe you are giving the specifics of your grow in bumblfuck Mississippi, and are already on their radar. Also your location can be pinpointed by using information encoded in pics posted on line. Luckily things have somewhat loosened up with the powers that be and marijuana is not being persecuted and prosecuted to the degree it was 20 years ago. That being said, I've deleted more than one account as a result of paranoia from things that I've posted and things I've said that could have exposed me if someone who knew me were to put 2&2 together. I live in a med state, but it's one of those med States that, well I'll just say I now live in a med state and let you put 2&2 together and hope I haven't divulged too much. Be safe!

I have no doubt we are being watched to some degree, but I seriously doubt it's on the level you're talking about. This is just one site and there are a bunch of other ones. Keep in mind it costs money to have leo or dea research everything that goes on here and build a case based on it, and for what reward? We're right on the cusp of legalization and they all know that. Just be smart. Don't give out details on your grow, don't take incriminating pics (I'm amazed that some peeps in non-legal states post close up pics where you can actually see their fingerprints and even more amazed no one's been popped for it), and don't be an idiot giving your personal info to other members. Stay safe everyone. Getting caught with plants in your home is not fun trust me.

Well thanks guys for the info.only info i ever gave out was for seeds being sent.i dont tell know1 about my grow. My partner in crime is the only1 lol my wife.but i think informants is the key for search warrants and the reason people get popped.so as long as u dont show nothing or tell any1 theres no way for them to know or get a warrent right.i was told by some1 in florida the rival dealers are jealous if u have a better product than them.that they will snitch on u and give tips and info on you for dealing or what not. thats crazy shit and i hope it wasnt true.

Well there are steps to take that can help. Using tor, or a burner phone, not posting a pic of your mailbox with the street sign in the background lol.

It is up to you how much information you reveal. Simple as that.

Protect yourself, don't give too many clues, and triple check pics for giveaways. Also remove data from your pics. If Leo is on here they can see what you and I can see and read. So no clues no worries. The servers for this site are in Holland so no worries there.
