Question about photo of the month winner January 2011

Hey all just got a quick question about photo of the month winner for january 2011, Is that strain Sour Jack? and if i grew that strain would it have those colours?
I like colourful plants and im on the hunt for something very colourful and that plant is just beautiful.

It's Sour Jack from Karma Genetics, you're right...

Anyway if u wonna grow something colorful there are lots of strains puple/color "guarantee", i think that found a purple pheno in the Sour Jack is not so hard (especially in the Sour dominant phenotypes) if u have cold temps in the dark period during the flowering, but if u really want some purple stuff in your grow room there are strains that gain colours easier...

well, Im not exactly a strain database, but I just popped 5 seeds of the Secret Garden Seeds 'pink bud' and 100% of them are purple (2 purp male, 3 purp female). There may be a pink in there somewhere (I'm hoping it will show during later flower...theyre only on day 20 right now).

I'm REALLY happy with them...I'm growing them in organic soil. I just took them out of the cab today for the first time and put them against a white background...and man, the colors are great...emerald-green on the leaves and colors on the buds themselves.

If you don't want an autoflower, Pakistan Chitral Kush by either ACE or Cannabiogen has been known to put out some beautiful purple buds. do a search on PCK and see for yourself.

I'm sure there are thousands more...but like I said, I'm not a strain expert

Wow thanks mate, i'll have to do a search on "Autoflower" aswell as im not familiar with that term. I'm such a newbie but learning along the way.

6 of my 8 girls had purple throughout the bud....but look for the golden pheno.......yellow/lime green.....she will cure to golden yellow....and litteraly knock your sock's/shirt/hat off......
