Question About my LED's

Is this okay how I have my new Led lights? Is that enough coverage or should i turn them the other way like this ... -- instead of ||

Just not quite sure if they are getting enough light and will grow properly.

i'm no LED expert, but i'm pretty sure we need to know what kind of LED is it....

how many watts? what the size of your tent?

Looks like 2 x A51 XGS 190. Seems good, I wouldnt change anything.
What size is your tent? 4x4?
