Hey guys,
I have an absolutely failed my attempt at growing hydro for the first time. I was left with my friends equipment lent to me after he had set it up and did not realise (was not told) that the water pump has a switch that controls water flow so they spent 2 weeks at the start of flowering getting next to no water then got a huge neut spike. I still have two plants (of six) that will make it through to harvest, they are currently 4.5 weeks into flowering.
I have been gifted some new clones that I would like to put into the gullys and begin again but I need to move the old ones. My question is: are the old plants going to survive if I transplant them into a soil substrate from hydro through to completion or am I better off to just pull them and begin again? This decision needs to be made quickly as the clones are bursting out of their solo cups.
