Question about light.

Hey guys. Just started germinating my first grow. How high should my 315W CMH lights be above my seedlings. Should i have it raised all the way up? I'm in a 3x3 tent.

About 18" to 24". Too much and they get lanky. Too close and burn.

6 inch active air out the top. No carbon filter... I was getting too much neg pressure when testing tent so I ordered a 4 inch active air inline to add some positive.. Lol if that matters.
