question about growing from seed

hi everyone just a couple of questions about seeds.
firstly are there any advantages in growing feminized seeds rather than sexing your plants from mixed seeds ? ive heard that the yield from feminized seeds will not match the yield from non feminized seeds ' is this true ?
secondly can anyone recomend a reliable seed provider ?

I prefer regular seeds but can not always get the ones I want that way so fems - do not believe that fem seeds produce less

the advantage is your not wasting time and space growing males.
the disadvantage is you get no males for breeding.

i dont believe good fem yields less,
saying that grow standerd seeds males and femals both have there place
you cant go wrong with seedboutique
