Question about drug testing

Ok so I've been clean for a lil over a yr and i did a drug test for a job i was interviewing for. about month ago I was cleaning out some pipes i have and I burned the tar by inhailing it. So my question is would that test positive on a split urin drug test?

Unless you took multiple puffs, gave them a sample first thing in the morning (first pee of the day), and they test it on a machine like a GC/MS...I can't imagine you getting a positive result.

Unless you're a heavy, daily smoker you can smoke the most potent bud in the world and test clean a month later. So I'm fairly confident that smoking the tar/resin build up in a pipe (which has had most of if not all the THC burned up already) wouldn't cause a positive test result after a month. If however you want a little more assurance you can always go buy one of those self test kits they sell in drug stores and test yourself.

you should be good! dont know what the legal status in your area, BUT in europe in some countries, if the test applied is one of those cheap urin dipsticks, you can "reject" the outcome and request a blood or urine test done in a lab with proper equipment...
if you get screened by a lab grade test, that one measures the amount of metabolites (quantification), and there are "threshold" levels...

I just finished my second interview for employment. The last day i smoked was Feb. 20, 2015... late late night. I am scheduled to test March 12, 2015. I am looking for more information about the test that is conducted..
Lab test requested by employer is: 789343 9+oxycodone+crt

A little demograph of myself may also lead to further discussion.
I was consuming Mids at the time, roughly 1.5 grams. Its difficult to say the potency as it was not tested bud. It was mid mids, not bunk low or higher grade mids, just average mids...

I have a ectomorph type body with a very very high matabolism. I am 5'7" and weigh about 112-118lbs...

Can alcohol Consumption have any play on THC breakdown within the body? I know cannabinoid are not water saluable, but alcohol is more adsorbent.

I am wondering mainly two things. Can i find out the ng/ml cutoff for this screen test, also wondering if alcohol can break down canabinoids, i know water basically only dilutes.
It will be about 21 days without a single toke or even a smell.

can anyone help me find more information more on the test, i want this job more then i need it. I am worried thats all... and i understand, only time will tell... but its good to discuss and learn.

not sure on 21 days but i smoked heavy and passed one back in the day in 23 days. i'm 5'8 165-170 high metabolism.

Exercise, sweating (sauna if available), and drinking plenty of fluids will help. The metabolites are stored in fat tissues and are eliminated thru urine, feces, and sweat as the fat tissue breaks down. Just make sure to stop exercising a few days prior to testing. This routine may be a little late for you since I just realized your testing is tomorrow. You can dilute a bit by drinking plenty of fluids prior to the test but don’t go overboard as they may detect dilution. Also best to give a midstream sample.

It sounds like you don’t have a lot of body fat so that is a plus as well as a high metabolism. I’m not a heavy smoker (daily) but do consume on a regular basis. It takes about 20-25 days for me to test clean on a dip stick test.

It sounds like that test you mentioned is a multi panel, testing for various drugs. Most testing for employment screenings is a multi panel dip stick urine test and their threshold is usually 50ng/ml for THC, if that shows positive then a confirmation test is run using GC/MS which has a lower threshold.

You should be fine. I went to a concert and someone was kind enough to share with me after quite a few months of going without because I was looking for a job. Low and behold if someone didn't call me about 2 weeks later, drug tested me, and 3 years later I am still there.
