Question about advertising

Can I make a post anywhere on this forum advertising my service? I offer hash in return for customers trim and am looking to get the word out. I offer increased returns to elderly and disabled and take no money for the service at any time, just a small % of the finished extraction results (30-40%). Please let me know if I can advertise and where thanks in advance!
