Question about a "sealed" room

My current flower room is almost completely sealed from outside air. I have been putting a pretty good fan in the doorway for about an hour or so every day to get some air exchange going until I can figure out how to properly ventilate. Odor isn't a prob, bringing in air from outside in the winter is. Also, I'm gonna be making seed, so bringing in air from the main part of the building won't be an option until I can get a HEPA filtration system. No pollenation going on at the moment, is an hour a day sufficient to exchange the stale air with fresh?
