Question about a potential soil purchase

Looking to buy about 10 yards of soil for this year's outdoor crop. Trying to avoid buying over priced bagged soil. Found a place that sells ammended stuff for 50/yard and delivers. contains worm castings, mycorrhizal fungi, mineral dust, topsoil, fruit and veggie compost, dairy manure compost, mushroom compost, river sand and horticultural pumice
here is the lab analysis

thoughts concerns etc?

I'd use it, if only for the fact that enough bags to make 10 yards would cost you many THOUSANDS of dollars...

When you say ec , are talking about exchange capacity? If so 6.9 is pretty low. Or ec value as in electrical conductivity? usually used to measured solutions and fertilizers ( salt content) . I assume the first would be correct.

I think it is actually the second I'm not 100% but ECE dS/m reads 6.9 CEC reads 29.8. XxcaptainkushxX check out the link I posted it is a lab analysis.....is there something im missing? I don't see how a soil with a 6.9 ec would even be usable?

Nevermind,... I see your test results. Your sodium is about twice the levels it should be. ( .5-3% )

Also I should mention high potassium, and high ph, are both going to prevent plants full growing potential. Honestly I would cut mix in half or two parts peatmoss. Would get levels back down in range..and lower ph,also giving you more exchangeable hydrogen. I'm just learning how to balance my soul myself. So far everything on the farm is looking amazing. 2 inches of growth a day and Praying hard. After cutting with peat, Test again and see where your at. Then amend what's needed. The investment in fixing your soil will Pay great dividends in the end. You won't regret it!

No I'm outside of the portland metro area if anyone has any recommendations for bulk soil around here I'm all ears. I initally thought about cutting it in half. These are the lab reports from the supplier I have yet to buy anything
