Question about 8 x 5 grow space....

Sup everyone,

Just have a quick question about an 8 x 5 grow space...I am planning on running the 12 bucket Rec. DWC and am curious about the spacing of the buckets...would this be a big enough space to run 12 or should I just run maybe 8 to give them room to spread out like bushes.

I run a 15 bucket system in a 5 x 8 space, with 2K's, and my corners are not getting enough light, so they do poorly. But my other room, 3.5 x 5 with 1K works perfect. So the next cycle, my big rig is only going to get twelve girls, and I will see if that is better.

The rest is up to your lights, strains, height, veg time, that stuff all must harmonize to play the tune you want, have fun with it.

Right now, just running 800 watts ( MH/ HPS) for veg and flower from my last run. It was only 4 buckets and did pretty good. Still looking for a a 1k for this setup. I can hang it right over the buckets and it looks like it would get really good coverage.

Any suggestions on a good 1k?

I use the cheap lights, depends on your goals and budget.
