Question about 4 inch duct

i have mounted my 4 inch vortex fan on the inside of my cabinet. It is pulling air from passive intake through the cool tube and out the back.
My question is.... I have cut a 4 inch hole for the exhaust, I have duct conected to both ends of the vortex fan.. I could just run the duct through the exhaust hole and tape around it... but i would like for it to have a clean finish.. any advice.. do they make 4 inch mounts/flanges i could mount on both sides of the hole then connect ducting and my filter(filter will be on the outside/back of my cabinet..i will be pushing air through it) to the duct?

home depot around my area didn't have 4" mounts. the local hydro store should had them though.
