Qb question

So I bought some quantum boards the other day. They are two qb288 v3 rspec mounted to a heat sink and powered by a meanwell hlg 240h 48ab. The output is listed as 5.0A +48V. Rated Power 240 watts. The seller had listed the item together as having 260 watts total. And I've noticed a kit from HLG, the 260, as being able to be dimmed from 135 to 285 watts. It too had a 240h driver and was listed as 260 watt. Is there a reason for this extra wattage?

I've looked at the 240h series of drivers and I didn't see one listed as having more than 241 watts. And a few were 225 and one was about 190
