Hi all...I've been seeing this used, but can't seem to wrap my head around it. How are folks making these elbow "feet"? Does the bottom side of the elbow facing the table have a female thread with a plug in it? I've never seen a 4 way where only one direction passed through and the other two are capped. Help, please!
