Purple S60 - BlackStar 240w LED

Hello all, decided to make a new AF log. Haven't been around to update but I just finished my Purple Mazar picture log on my profile. Final weight was give or take 32g completely dried. For this new grow I'll try and update weekly

I am using a BlackStar 240w LED (flowering model) in a HomeBox XS with coco hempys & Humboldt 3 part nutes. Once I have more room in the tent I will be germinating more Purple Mazar x Sour 60.. These 9 were under the LED until TODAY, I took them out and put them under some CFL's since they're still in cups and I'm going to start transplanting into cola bottles.

A little peek at Taiga in the tent. She vegged for about 50 days, and sexed under 20/4. Tuesday is/was day 23 of flowering.

Hey Brother Joe!

That Taiga has pretty narrow leaves. I bet that would be an easy plant to manicure if grown outside. Is this a first time for Taiga?

Was the Taiga supposed to be an auto?

Hey Claude whats happenin? Yeah man Taiga is supposed to be (according to DP) Indica/Ruderalis x Power Plant. Purchased a single seed from Attitude when I bought my pack of Purple Mazar. They say she'll take 8-10 weeks from seed, but I don't know if mine will take that long since I had to switch over to 12/12. She's a good lookin plant though, with a sugary lemon candy/fuel smell and good trichome coverage.

I'll have to check out how your Paradise autos are doing tomorrow when I have time. Last I saw they looked awesome

Sounds good, and, thanks, the Vertigo and Pandora are doing well (after my last grow that means they both are autoflowering!)

That Taiga is pretty. She has a nice open habit, should get good light to all the buds!

Jeez, 5/9 have been males so far and the other 4 haven't sexed yet.

I hate soda and ran out cola bottles, so I made a bed of coco hempy in a rubbermaid bin which I' pretty sure is 15L - 16L. 16/17 seedlings are above ground at day 2 under 24hrs 80w CFL's.

Took a sample off that Taiga and am letting it dry. I'm assuming she's gonna go at least another 20 days before she's ready. I wanna let her go longer anyways and get some nice amber trichs going. Taiga definitely won't be bought again. Was a waste of my time and nutes for such a low looking yield. Thanks DP! lol. Gonna stick with my Purple S60's and eventually some SGS Secret Citrus.

Thanks for the interest, lloy. I am using 3 parts Miracle Grow Perlite to 1 part Sunleaves chunky Coco Coir. There's also about 30oz of unknown organic soil I threw in the rubbermaid bin for shits and giggles. I'm going to be making the transition to soil on my next grow to see how that goes against my results in hempys.



So far my luck isn't doing so well, out of the 9 from my original post, only two 24 day olds remain (one is a female and also has nute burn, and my best looking one out of the bunch still hasn't sexed yet but has not formed balls so I think I'm safe for now). I replaced the males with fresh seeds in the same two litres. They are around 2-3 days old now.

The sixteen in the rubbermaid bin are thriving so far under 24hrs of 80w CFLs. Once I have room in the tent they will go under the LED.

Nothing spectacular just yet, but here's some progress.

Sorry bout the lack of updates. Here they are yesterday at 18-19 days old. Going to start feeding tonight, looks like they have some Nitrogen problems -_- Most, if not all 16 look Purple Mazar leaning so far..

This little one decided to pop up 18 days later lol....

A little sneak peek at my next grow. Gonna run 3 Chem D x Herijuana fems (non auto) and might even give these PS60's to my good friend to finish up. I'll still be able to take pics no worries

Anyways thats about it for now, I harvest my Taiga at day 96 from seed and shes in jars now... 25 wet grams.... Totally not worth it =(
