Purple Outdoor Flo

My friend who grew out the plants in this thread turned up yesterday:
http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=33192

I was on the phone - someone was trying to sell me some average weed, and I was reluctantly giving in to him, having just ran out a few minutes earlier. I noticed the guy who'd just arrived was wearing a much longer coat than usual and seemed to be clutching his side. I made a face like "What's up with you?". and he opened his coat, to reveal a branch of his purple Flo - he cut it last week.

I managed not to splutter too much, and told the guy on the phone that I'd probably manage OK with the hash I had, but thanks for asking me anyway, etc.
He said "Are you sure? I can bring it round in 5 minutes?"
I told him "No, it's OK, honestly - it'll do me good to have a break", etc....

I felt guilty for about a minute...:)

He also gave me a smaller branch of the green Flo, and some very leafy (but still very smelly) G13.

Anyway, it's still a bit raw, and way leafier than my outdoor or indoor ones, but it's pretty strong, nevertheless, and attractive enough. At least I know what my outdoor one will look like now when I chop it...:)

Not too bad - though it's not 'cured' at all - just dry. Tastes a bit green, but it works, certainly. I have a few little buds I trimmed off my indoor plant the other day for comparison, and the indoor ones are much more smelly and fruity, and with far less leaf.
But this was my friend's first grow of anything like this, and he's totally up for it now. He doesn't trip, or do anything other than smoke generally, but he had a look on his face I've not seen before - just like he was tripping. He said he'd just been smoking this for two days straight, and hadn't really got to sitting down much until now...;)

His entire plant was aubergine color by the end - he'd pulled all the leaves off a couple of weeks ago, and it looked - weird, frankly!

I'm chopping my indoor version of this in an hour or so, and I'll post some pics of when I'm done - it also looks very weird! But delicious...:)
