Purple Jems F2

Hello auto-growers,
My only and sweet outdoor purple jem female has been pollinated by her boyfriend (only planted 2 beans back then) and I was wondering what I should expect from the f2 seeds. The male was good looking and showed a beautiful purpling while flowering. The female, sativa leaning pheno, has no purple at all but delivers a light but amazing berry smell; Blueberry, blackberry, I don't know but somewhat berry. I still have the smell on my fingers, it's like candy
Does someone knows about stability, diversity of the f2s ? Should I expect a lot of such fruity phenos, or is it better to keep playing with f1 to get these ?

Another question : I'm just starting to see a few amber trichs on the top buds, but the seeds I took off were still green like hell. How long do you think I should wait before harvest ?

Wait until you get some of the skunky ones, dank smelling for sure.. I am going through my F2's right now.

I always say support your favorite breeders. It's always good to have a spare breeder pack as future reference point if needed.

Can't help you much about the seeds i just let them go until the seeds are done. A smoke run and seed run are two different animals.

Well I've harvested half of the plant because the top buds were ready, leaving the most seeded ones so the seeds can get done. But by the time I get back the plant was gone... Some idiot stole it, I mean not just the plant but the whole pot... Bad luck... I don't know what I can get from the seeds I will find in the harvested buds, will see... Thank god I have another spot on the run...

b*$%**S lets hope they choke on one of those seeds !" even green seeds will pop you will just have a really bad gerination rate but if you still have some f1s around id say go with them and find a blue berry black berry purple pheno ... not really sure if the purple is carried by the male or female gene or is a ressesive gene pm mossy im sure he would help you out ( think you need 50 posts to pm )i have no experiance of this plant just my thoughts peace

I think after pollination they need about four weeks to make viable mature seeds. I could be wrong though.

Well I might get some viable seeds from it, will see. It sucks but hey, I still have something to smoke, and do have some f1 seeds left so I'm not done with PJems anyway

Héhé, maybe he's enjoying the weed right now... For now karma got me, don't know why, I'm not lucky this year

I'll try that next time, probably indoor, where I'm the only one getting to touch them
By the way, from what i've seen those pjems are really really nice genetics, was a pleasure to see it grow thanks for sharing your work.
