réponse number one

a priori there is not much for this amateur purple haze ...

and yet legends, fantasies, dreams and other wildlife roam the wandering minds of so many smoking seal about the purple haze ...

I'll pay to see

:thank you::peacock::moon:

There are different haze populations and i just can talk from first hand experience about Oldtimer's Haze. After several years and generations working with this haze population, we have inbred and isolated the green and purple pheno.

Indeed, we are offering some very nice haze offerings this season: Oldtimer's haze (mix of green, purple and purple/green haze phenos), green haze (mostly south indian/thai) and finally the purple haze (mostly highland purple colombian genetics). All very fresh stock.

Green haze finishes completly green even almost under freezing temps. The aromas are more fruity (tropical matured fruit) and floral. They are usully more bushy, there's even a smaller and faster flowering (probably more mexican influenced) green pheno.

Purple Haze has a quite different bouquet, darker, black liqour, blackberry .... They usually mature taller with impressive purple flowers and red colors in the leaf.

The incense aromas can be found in both lines, depending on the plant, not the color. Potency and flowering time are similar in both phenos.

....

rien pour le mossad sur ce coup par contre....

Welcome mukuku :)

Thanks for the correction: "SATIVA/INDICA HYBRID OF HIGH YIELD, SHORT FLOWERING AND WARM AND SOCIABLE HIGH", is the short orient express' description and not the purple haze one, i just corrected it in the website.

Purple Haze offering is as described, 100 % sativa purple/red selection from oldtimer's haze population, most of the stock comes from our best Purple Haze mum 23 and a few other '2nd generation' reddish females. There's no PCK, thai or any other strain, is just that, oldtimer's haze selected for the most colorful phenos.

The first year we released oldtimer's haze there was a big range of phenos to choose from but 2008-2009 most of the phenos were green. Now she is back in stock after past year selections and i thought it was the time to offer a more colorful expression of the haze.

The green haze we are offering is the opposite, stock coming only from green lime parental plants, derived from best green haze 19 mum and '3 rd generation' 1 x 6 line.

Here's the purple haze official description:

PURPLE HAZE STANDARD

THE AUTHENTIC PURPLE HAZE OF THE 70s WITH ALL ITS SPLENDOR OF AROMAS, HIGH AND COLORS.

At last, the mythical tropical Purple Haze of the 70s without being mixed and in all its magnificence is finally available for all those nostalgic lovers of the old school sativas. In this version of the Oldtimers Haze, we offer you a selection of purple and reddish phenotypes with a strong influence of the purple highland colombian sativas, within the genotypes of the original Haze population. Purple Haze is different from Green Haze because its stems and flowers ripe with impressive purple and reddish colors. Their aromas are also darker: of black liquor and wild blackberry.

GENETICS:

100 % sativa. Hybrid of tropical sativas of the 70’s, with a strong dominance of purple highland colombian sativa.

FLOWERING: 16-20 weeks. December-January.

STRUCTURE:

Extreme tropical sativa of pale colors, but when it ripens it acquires beautiful purple tones and reddish edging under its leaves. Very thin and flexible stems that can cope with the worst downpours and blizzards.

YIELD / M2: Medium-Low.

BOUQUET:

Wood, species, incense and black liquor. Ancient old school sativa aroma.

HIGH: Clean euphoric and creative high without tolerance limits.

GROWING TIPS

For indoor growing, we mostly recommend her for extreme sativa lovers or for breeding projects or seed production.

For outdoor growing, it requires a tropical or subtropical climate in order to reach its full potential. However, it can be easily bred within latitudes of 20º-35º, where we recommend a warm and coastal climate. The use of a greenhouse is very helpful for the ripening in non-tropical latitudes.

It requires medium-low levels of nutrients, especially of Nitrogen. For outdoor growing, it’s best to mix a good base of organic soil rich in guano and humus, and then plant the seeds in a sunny place and leave them to grow at their own rhythm almost without using fertilizers or stimulators.
