Purple calyxes from green parents

So i had the seeds from a grow that i had with a friend they were a cross between a lowryder and nirvana white widow or hindu kush. The phenos from nirvana as most know range like a bastard. But none the less a pretty typical pot plant. Ive popped the seeds randomly and didnt have much success witht them more my fault than the plants. To make a long story short i had one flower and gave it to a from due to lack of room. moving from indoors to out. Right now in my town temps range from 70-90 degrees,not normal i mind you should be in the mid 70-80s. One day he tells me its turnin purple. I checked it out and to my suprise fat calyxs of purpe purple buds with white trichs all over. THis plant was in 12/12 from birth and flowerd at not quite 2 weeks so im guessing its a lowryder. Does anyone have knowledge of purple leneage or what could cause this.

if it's not genetic; then low night time temps can plan a big role

its been up and down maybe as low as 65 but that would have been 1 or 2 nights its usually around mid 70s-80s even hotter and up to mid 90s during the day

mid 60's could do it if it's an extreme difference than you average daytime high

can 1 or 2 nites do it or does it have to be consistant. the leaves are still green just the buds are deep purple.

sweet i have a lot of these seeds i hope more pop up out of those seeds autoflower purps sounds good. To give you an idea ho early it flowered it was at its second node.

yield is not an issue because it was given to a friend that needed a buddy. I stretched in the box i had competing for light. So i gave it to a friend it went from being 12/12 at night to 12/12 during the day. Because i think it was an autoflower i gave it to him after 3 hours dark then it had 9 hours day and has continued with a 12/12 cycle during the day and increasing slowly. I would have died otherwise or shriveld down the road. THis is just what happened to it. It was all hairs when i gave it to him now its stacking purple calyxes. THere just building up not leafy at all by any means. IT cristals all over em as well.

Well in the lowryder description it says something along the lines that lowryder can be yeilded up to 3 times before it dies. If thats the case im goin for it. He asked me about that cause he doesnt know a lot about plants. But thats gonna be the plan. Theres some hot weather ahead for it but if it survives that will be amazing. So hopefully a reveg will be in store. This plant is like a stick with a few small buds at the nodes and a main cola no branching. it actually looks pretty cool id love to have a set of these playin around all the time.

Is this really true.......but it will never reveg will it? I've heard of revegging then putting a plant back into flower {had a bud who did this 8 times!} but with an autoflower?

Not possible to reveg an autoflowering plant. Plus your not even gonna get a gram dried when she is all done.

Did you pull this number out of your ass? an autoflower plant can be reveged 3 times? If that was so then it wouldnt be an autoflowering plant
