Purple #1 by Dutch Passion

Decided to pick up a quarter of Purple #1 by Dutch Passion, grown by Philosopher's Stone a local medicinal cannabis delivery service in the Sierra Foothills.

Mind you my tolerance as of now is around an ounce to an ounce and a half a week.. with a gram or so of high quality concentrates.

These flowers were very dense and the bud pictured in that photo actually weighed near six grams. The bag appeal was decent at first.. then I decided to pull off a nugget to get a better look and was amazed by the clearest coat of clear crystals all over the inside. Looked like it was dipped into a trichomes and acted like a sponge retaining all of it. I broke up a gram of it properly in a zig-zag. I smoked around a 3rd of this joint.. and was absolutely gone. Felt it mainly in my face and eyes at first; which then turned into an absolute coach lock feeling.. also felt some sativa effects like raciness in my thoughts. The effects lasted for a few hours and so far my tolerance to the strain hasn't really grown much. Overall id rate this phenotype a solid nine out of ten.

This strain literally has the smell of.. when you walk by a hippie and smell cannabis.

Doubt it was you man. Philosopher's Stone probably either got a lucky cut or went pheno hunting to find a keeper. I've grown out 3 of Dutch Passions strains and only liked one which was Skunk #11. In terms of the Skunk #11 potency compared to other Indicas it just doesn't compare. My elite Chemdog clones are I know the best in town by far and prolly near the top in my state. People that get stuff 6 hours from me from medical dispensaries let the word out my stuff destroys their stuff . Of course unless it's a high quality concentrate cus they pack a amazing punch.

grown that DP purple #1 outdoors about 8 years ago.
vigorous plant with good mold resistance and purple buds.
didnt like the smoke that much. your looks way better !

That would be why man, so many people grow the dutch passion strains indoor and wonder why they suck.

Everything I have grown is super stable and killer outdoors. A lot of it is very old school.

You will not see bigger buds outdoors than Green Spirit form DP.

I like Dutch Passion myself. I like their Blueberry but I don't understand why people say it doesn't taste like blueberries or smell like blueberries. Not super blue like Dj Shorts Sativa blue version but I am sure with low temps she'd turned blueish. Not as potent as Dj's version but I also didn't have to pheno hunt through a few packs to find a keeper. Maybe I got lucky.

I think these outside trees will probably compare to anything out there. You can guess how tall they are by the look . Happy growing.

What strain is this??

Literally the Green spirit x God bud that my friends used to grow was all Green spirit and massive plants with massive buds, Everything was just giant!! much like Peakseed strains outdoors but with bigger buds. Wasn't the best smoke but it did what the description said. Literally my closed fist was 2/3 this width of em. Wish I had a pic.
