Proposed Trailer grow - Feedback Please

I'll be building a wall to section off this room in my 30' cargo trailer. Available area is 7.5'x12'

Four 3x6 tables, two on each side running lengthwise.

8 600w Digital Global Grenhouse Ballasts w/ Agro sun master bulbs, Sungrower hoods

1 Canmax 10" 1100 CFM fan for exhaust.
1 12" carbon filter.

Intake will be passive through two existing louvered vents with HEPA filters on each. They are each about 2x2 in size. Room will be sealed and insulated.

I plan on running flood and drain. I'll use two reservoirs and flip flop them.
I'll use Hydroton in pots and probably add some around in the table.

Since I have little experience I'll follow the House and Garden Feeding schedule leaving out some of the unnecesary stuff. I thought about going half in soil jsut so if I screw up then the whole thing isnt screwed.

I plan on running the ballasts outside the room to a control board where the panel and all electronics and a fire extinguisher will be.

Pretty straightforward, right? what am I missing? Will post pics.
Thanks in advance.

how do you plan on cooling your space?

That's exactly what I was thinking.

I have a friend who runs dual trailers. He parks them in warehouses and barns. He can move them in a moments notice.

He runs ac's and swamp chillersto cool otherwise he's too hot.

Well I'm kinda hoping that the 1100 CFm and the Cool climate by the ocean in Norcal will help. (Am I nuts?)
Otherwise I'll have to drop in a wall mounted unit into the demising wall so that it is running into the rest of the trailer. Or a free standing unit mounted to the wall? Not alot of floor space left here.

If I'm battling heat on the coast of BC and in the mountains of central BC I think you better plan something.

OK. Theres a 14" cutout for a roof top a/c unit on the trailer. That would be the cleanest but not the cheapest way to go. Otherwise its a wall mount unit. Would this wall mount unit be compromised if the hot side were in the unused part of the trailer? Is must be beter to have this empty into fresh air.

Specific Question:

I have about 7.5' (90") width.

The 3'x6' tables are actually 41.5"

So combined table length will be 83"

That leaves 7" walkway! Crap!

I think the black tables are smaller dimension. Not sure. Anyone know.

just seal off the window/wall mount a/c in a box and duct the hot side out of the hole in the ceiling
