Proper Ventilation Equipment for beverage cooler grow box

I need help finding the correct ventilation equipment that will keep the grow box cool, the air fresh and exhaust filtered.

The beverage cooler's dimensions are:

24.5 inches width (62.2cm)
25 inches depth (63.5cm)
59.5 inches height (151cm)

The grow light will be the Advanced LED XTE-200
