I have 45 clones under 2 400 watt Halides. Then being transferred to a room of 3 1000 watt hps. Do you think the wattage is sufficent for abundant flowering growth? What room can I place my mothers in to maximize space (Clone room or add a mother room?) also I have a problem with ventilation I need to use carbon filters but I cannot do ne construction to the room windows are avail but neighbors are present so discretion is of the highest concern. Whether 3-1000 watt HPS lights are enough depends on how you are growing the plants (trees, SOG, etc) and how big they are when you change to 12/12 lighting.
Mothers do best when they are on 18/6 or 24/0 lighting. You'd be better off keeping them under the halide lighting or building a small area with some compact fluoro lights.
How are you venting your hot air from the room now? Do you have the windows blocked off? In the summer, you could vent the room from a fake window air conditioner (hang an air conditioner case from the window and run your ventilation from the room into that; run the air through one or two carbon filters on the way to the exhaust to remove the odor). In the winter, however, it would look really strange to have warm steamy air billowing out of an air conditioner!
A grow that size is hard to disguise, especially when you have close neighbors. Not only the odor & humidity can be detected, but the lights can be seen unless you have the area completely blocked off, the heat from that many lights will definitely make the exterior of the building warmer than surrounding areas (meaning that LEO can find it with infrared heat detectors), and the noise of fans, light ballasts, air pumps, water pumps, etc., can get pretty loud, especially sounds/vibrations that carry easily through the walls.
I don't know where you are, but if you are concerned about neighbors, you're in an area where it isn't legal to grow. Take every possible precaution if you are going to do this; the risk and penalties for that big of a grow operation are pretty steep. It's not worth the risk to me!

Thanx ambre, My flower room is 10ftWx12.5ftLx8ftH powered by 4 1000 watt hps w/cooler, I am going 5gal-10gallon soil buckets, Tree/bush is the style intended, I have a window on the north wall with an a/c unit with a possible fresh air intake(small fan) built into a plywood board then placed in the window above the a/c unit. My exhaust W/2 scrubbers attached is blown down the old toilet drain. My kitchen which is 6Wx12Lx8ftH will host my Veg/Clone room thats powered by 2 400watt cooled halide & 4 24" flouros will cover the clones sitting in a cabniet. My mothers 4-5 will be in a closet thats 3ftWx4.5ftLx8ftH Power by a single 400watt halide. I have done vegging before but only for outdoor runs. This is my 1st indoor grow/harvest so I guess I am still a newbie. I am going for the max plant amount of 50 trees though I am still learning proper trimm tecqniques as well as cloning tecqniques. My water method is by hand till my comfort level grows. My desire is to harvest 50 1/4pound-pound trees every month though I am not sure how to design the perpetuation the clone & veg time have me still baffled...

5 Gallon buckets should be big enough for your 1/4lb plants. I use 4 Gallon and get 1/4 lbs... The grow bags work even better I think!
