I am using Pro-Mix BX / perlite as my mixture, in two gallon pots. How much dolomite lime is appropriate for this pot size?

Peace,

That would definitely explain the high pH nute lockout then....3 heeeaapping tablespoons was def too much esp when I didn't mix it well. Oh well, live and learn.

Thanks Mackawber.

Remember a Table Spoon is a 'levelled' Table Spoon, not heaping, but I guess you figured that out already. I usually use 2 Table Spoon's per gallon and have good luck with that.

Skylined,i use promix,i only use one tab/gal of soil because it does have some in it already, the only thing i dont like about it is how light it is,after tranplants i dont give them lots of wind until 3-4 days later.Transplanting right before the dark period is suppose to be good.Dont feel bad i used lawn lime one time without breaking it up;well they didnt last long, but the good thing is you'll never make that mistake again.
