Hard to tell if it's male or female yet....need to veg a little longer before it shows pre-flowers. Around the 6th to 8th week you'll see whether it's male or female.

Looks like over feeding. Perhaps pot up with fresh soil, and do not feed for 3 or so weeks. When you do start feeding start with half strength and work up from there.

That's what I would do IME. But see what others say.

Cheers.

a tad overfed, as far as flowering, depends on what you want for yield, or your space. But you certainly could flip it now.

tad more info would be nice

what type of soil
what ferts if any and what dossage
what PH value is your water with and w/out ferts when ya water
what type of lighting

but just running on your question and pics i would say over fert combined with possible PH being off. for soil i run PH of 6.5 with and with out ferts added

soil: Miracle Grow Advanced Fourmual; Feed for up to 6 Months. Soil Content = 21-15-12.
nutes: Miracle Grow Singles/gal; nutes= 24-8-16 PLUS one drop of SuperThrive.
PH: unknown, ive been using tap water and ive never tested the PH of the water.for the first 5 weeks we used only water, as of the last 2 weeks we have been using the Miracle Grow Singles and the SuperThrive.
Lighting:one 26watt 6500k blue spectrum CFL 3" above plant. we have her sitting out in the sun right now, but this is because we woke up this morning and her leaves were droopy and from the fourth node up the stem seemed flimsy, we watered her and set her out, within this hour her leaves perked up and she looks stronger. does this mean i have the wrong lighting? should we keep her in the sun or put her back under her light?

Just one 26 watt light? You're selling yourself short, add a few more of those or spring for an HID and you'll be very pleased at the difference, especially come flowering time. Untill then give it as much sun as you can.

looks like mosaic virus....do you use cal/mag? its supposed to limit the effects of mosaic on leaves...

Well...the last pick looks kind alike it anyway...the other ones...makes me doubt its that.
