The stems on my baby seem to have gotten very weak over the last week. The stems and leaves severely droop now and I don't know why. At first it only happened when the lights were on, when they were off the stems and leaves would perk back up. Now its juz permanent droopage! im doin 12/12 and she has showed pistils from the top node to about the fourth node down. Also, the lowest leaf set has turned yellowish brown and look juz about dead. Im using CFLs, FFOF, FF Big Bloom, and good water. Any suggestions? I really wanna save her cuz this is my fourth try and the furthest ive gotten yet. PLEASE HELP!

Lights- type and distance from canopy
Max/min temps
Watering routine
Drainage in your pots
% relative humidity
Pot size relative to plant height

It almost sounds to me like root rot... Please post pics?

total of about 160w, all but one are soft white cfls. Lights are at most 3 inches away from plant, top lighting as well as side lighting. 70-80 degrees, only hits 80 when door is closed which is almost never. Water every 5-7 days, i feel how heavy the pot is and also reach my hand about 6 inches down to feel how moist the soil is. 11 drainage holes in my pot, 3 on bottom 8 on the corners. The humidity i have no clue cuz i don't have anything to meausre it with. My baby is about 2 ft tall, the pot is 10 inches tall. How can i fix root rot or even determine thats it? My camera phone has sub par pics that u can barely tell any detail in.

From the descriptions so far, the lowest leaves can't possibly be getting enough light. That's the problem with CFL growing... once you get a largish plant, low leaves aren't getting light as well as they should be and they will eventually yellow and drop.
I am going to say that at the very least you need more light.
As for the overall droop, huh, it sounds like your soil should not be soggy given all the drainage and your watering frequency. However when you say you are reaching your hand 6 inches down, are you actually burying your hand into the soil that far? If so, the probability of root damage giving similar symtoms to root rot (inability to uptake water at a rate to equal water loss through transpiration) is pretty high.
I'd hit the plants with a light mist of Wilt-Pruf to slow down water loss at least until you can sort out the source of the problem.

I noticed you said every 5-7 days for the watering? Looks to me like you're underwatering. Wilting and leaves yellowing from the bottom would suggest this too. Also you said that they drooped in the lights and perked back up in the dark? This too could be a result of water loss by the increased transpiration in the light cycle.

It would be really helpful if you could post a photo. The yellowing leaf might be a symptom of something else, your pots could be too small, your humidity could be too low. A photo would help us, help you!

I have lighting all around the plant, top, sides, near the bottom. I cant psot a pic yet but im tryin to get ahold of a camera so I can. I cant but anything atm the moment so what else would you suggest? Watering it? This has all happened over the span of a week! Great lookin plant is now lookin shitty and sad :/

It really sounds like under watering to me Burninheavy, but it's hard to tell without photos.

I watered my baby this morning and now its about 5 hours later and she is lookin much better. Thanks for everyones input! Im sure ill be be back with more problems later on.

At this stage, I'd water every 2-3 days. Obviously depends how much water you give. Glad your girl is looking better!
