problems at day 6 from seed

So i popped my seeds last wednesday and most came through the ground on thursday. They range from .75"-1.5" tall and are sitting in tapwater with a ph of 6.24 and 625ppm. In both of these symptoms they are only happening to 1/2 of the leaves, only the leaves that are symmetrical are effected by these, not the leaves running perpendicular.

- 3/11 have yellowing on 2/4 leaves starting at the tips and moving in to no more than half way down the leaf in the shape of a thick V, starting from the tip and spread out as it goes down the leaf.

- 7/11 of the first 2 leaves to sprout; which are the oval shaped leaves closer to the bottom of the plant, are in a S shape with half the S being one leaf and the other half completing the S ( looks like this ~) Im not sure if this is from the light being on the ground inbetween my 2 cloners for the first 5 days then moving it to the ceiling but i feel it may be.

Please give more details about your media and setup. 'Sitting in tap water' sounds like something is wrong. 625 ppm of what? Are you already feeding them?
Fill out troubelshooting form please.

Sorry was in a rush last night.
Its been going on for about 3 days as of 10/21
They are sitting in perlite which is wicking tap water from a rez below it.
They started from seed and the roots are white
The water temp is 71 degrees F in the res and the ph has now jumped up to 7.1 and they have not been fed yet.
They are under 2 40watt cfl bulbs in a 2'x1'x2' cab, the lights are about 9" away from the plants.
The RH is ranges from 25-40 and the temps go from 71-89
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)
No fans are blowing on the plants and I have hard tap water
No chemicals and no pests present, just ph balanced tap water.

To start, your temps are peaking very high and should be controlled to be stable at about 78'F. If that means going to 24/0 lighting, so be it.
You definitely need not only a gentle circulating breeze, but also an exhaust from your space.
Your pH is quite high, particularly since your setup is a passive hydro style. Adjust it down to 6 using H3PO4 and monitor.
I can only speak this much from experience^^^^. I have had TERRIBLE luck in the past using perlite as a seedling medium, and I don't want to try to tell you 'add nutes' or 'you need xxxx in the water'. Are you using it because you intend to go into hydro? Have you considered RapidRooter or equivalent composted-bark starter plugs? Those are trouble free and work VERY well to get hydro-destined plants off to a good start.

Yea I was having problems with my temps but I added a light and I have always kept the door open for fresh air. I run em 24/0 so its not a problem. I adjusted the ph to 5.7 and am trying to keep it there. I just used perlite cause it was a cheap cloning setup since I already had the stuff and yes I am putting these in a DWC system. Plus they have always gotten me 100% germ rate so far(out of 30 seeds.)

Im waiting on my nutes and net pots to arrive since the first shipment was destroyed in the mail so once I get those ill be putting everything in the dwc buckets and finally giving some low strength nutes (around 10-12% strength.) I really believe I just have a nitrogen def and once they get fed this will be solved very quickly.

I was intentionally having the temps go around 80 to help in the germination and getting them rooted since the higher temps help them out a lil more but I have since dropped them and kept them under control.

Thanks for all your help stinky I really appreciate it.
