the strand is g-13 it has being in my circle for 10 years plus growing in dirt plants are strong during veg very healthy,then every time i start the 12/12 cycle 4 weeks in they start to show signs plants get week white hairs on bud begin to turn orange and start getting brittle plants get wobbly it is just not one person in the circle having the same problem every one has tried different treatments for things but nothing works.Is the integrity gone from this 10 year old clone the root system seem like it is dying.Any body have a clue?if you need more info ask i have no pic to post thanks

10 year old clone? You clone it from a clone from a clone from a clone?
I have not heard much about it, but I Have heard you can clone from a clone frm a clone with no ill effects; but you think about it.... years and years down the road at some point it has to have some kind of ill effect to the plant.......
I don't know for sure though.... would really like to know though.

yes it is clone from clone for 10 years study show that anything cloned over and over will show problems even in animals or so or goverment say.This is the only strand we have we are currently in stages of getting some new ones to see if they all do it.

That doesn't sound like it's related to clone age.
When do you do your final transplant?
What is the size of the container in relation to the size of the plant at the time that you start seeing problems?
Do you do any flushing before you initiate flower?

I would drop that 85 to a steady 75-78 tops.
I clone from clone from clone. 15 yr NL still going strong. imho also in 3-4th week plants need more cal an mg? just by your specs, ild guess heat 1st.
Im n soilless mix.
clones will drop trash dna 1st, but it takes many many years. you can save mega room and do more strains w/o moms using up space better used. this is my opinion.

You got fans blowing on them? Sounds like it is strain related then, the buds start to put on a little weight and cause the plant to be lanky, using a fan on them from veg to flower helps this out to strengthen the plants stalks..... like a plant swaying in the wind.
Indoor growers almost always have to tie there plants up, because wind outside helps the plants stronger, but indoors they do not get that constant sometimes strong motion which can only be supplemented with a fan which is sometimes not enough to get the same effect but does help.
