problem with leaves

could be many things man...
overwatering most often
also if they root bound they tend to drop their leaves cos they dont want too much growth (light) as the roots have to catch up to the tops....
pics perhaps?

yeh i just flushed the soil because i had a potassium deficiency and now the leaves are all facing down any suggestions on what i should do?

It's almost certainly overwatering.

Leave the plants as they are for a day or two until the top half and inch of soil is dry then start watering again, every other day.

In the meantime, check your basics - are they getting enough fresh air? is the pH of the water you are using between pH6 and pH7 (ideally between pH 6.2 and pH6.8 IMO)? is the photoperiod (daylength) consistent?

Betcha you don't have nearly enough drainage in that pot, or your soil is too heavy, or both. You should be able to flush without causing overwater symptoms if your pot drains right and your soil has enough perlite.

thanks all for the help i think it is one of the symptoms that you all have suggested so i dealt with it accordingly and am waiting for results PS what are perlites?

Little chunks of a heat-puffed mineral material that makes the soil lighter and airier for drainage, but doesn't interact with the nutes.
Sold bagged at home depot and much cheaper at the farmer supply.
